Please note, your application must be completed in full and returned to team@mattortho.com, in order to be considered for dealership. Applications typically take 6 to 8 weeks to process. Due to the high volume of requests we receive on a weekly basis, it is impossible to respond to each applicant. If you have not heard from a MATT Ortho representative within 14 weeks, we may have already selected an authorized dealer in your area. If you are not chosen as a dealer within 14 weeks of submitting your application, we will keep your information on file for up to 12 months.
